Application scope of forced circulation evaporator

Applicable to the evaporation and crystallization concentration of materials such as sodium chloride, phenylalanine, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, glycine;  barium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, etc.


Composition of multi-effect forced circulation evaporator

This equipment consists of heaters for each effect, evaporation separators for each effect, condensers (mixed or surface type), forced circulation pumps for each effect, various liquid delivery pumps, vacuum pumps, condensate pumps, operating platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets and pipeline valves within the boundary.


Main features of multi-effect forced circulation evaporator

1.  The equipment has a wide range of adaptability to the characteristics of materials to be processed.  Among them, it mainly targets materials that are easy to scale during the evaporation process, materials with crystal precipitation during the evaporation process, materials whose viscosity increases accordingly with the increase of concentration, materials with insoluble solids, etc.

2.  During the evaporation process, the material is heated by forced circulation, the flow speed in the tube is fast, the heat is evenly heated, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and dry wall can be prevented.

3.  The liquid is quickly heated by the heater through the forced circulation pump, and the top comes out directly into the evaporation separator in a tangential manner, and the vapor-liquid separation effect is good.

4.  The material is concentrated by vacuum low-temperature evaporation, coupled with continuous feeding and discharging, the heating evaporation time is short, and it is suitable for heat-sensitive evaporation and concentration of food sauces (such as tomato sauce, peach pulp, apricot pulp, carrot sauce, apple sauce, kiwi sauce, etc.).

5.  The equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, smooth layout, easy operation, stable performance, etc.

6.  The equipment can be equipped with an automation system to realize automatic control of feed quantity, heating temperature, and discharge concentration.  It can also be equipped with protection measures for sensitive materials in the event of sudden power outages and failures, and other safety, alarm and other automated operations and controls.



The forced circulation evaporator vacuum concentration equipment is a high-efficiency and energy-saving concentration equipment developed and manufactured by Nanjing Tate Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. The equipment operates under vacuum and low temperature conditions and has the characteristics of fast liquid flow rate, fast evaporation, and not easy to scale. It is suitable for the concentration of materials with high viscosity, high concentration and easy scaling. It is widely used in chemical crystallization, chemical production waste brine concentration and crystallization. It has been widely used in China with good results.


The forced circulation evaporator is used to avoid scaling or crystallization of products boiling on the heating surface. For this reason, the flow rate in the tube must be fast.

When the circulating liquid flows through the heat exchanger, it is heated, and then part of the material liquid evaporates when the pressure is reduced in the separator, thereby cooling the liquid to the boiling point temperature corresponding to the pressure. Due to the circulation pump, the operation of the evaporator is basically independent of the temperature difference. The recirculation rate of the material can be precisely adjusted, and the evaporation rate is set within a certain range. In crystallization applications, crystals can be separated from the circulating crystal slurry by adjusting the circulation flow rate and adopting a special separator design.


It is mainly used in chemical industry, metal mining smelting, pickling waste liquid of large steel mills, wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment of power plants, etc.
